To make sure you have plenty of energy for your day ahead, we offer fresh-bread delivery on request. About 60 different types of bread are available.

You can enter your apartment from 3:00 p.m. on your arrival day. On your departure day we ask you to vacate the apartment by 10:00 a.m.

For early-check in we count half-day-price!

Children are very welcome. We offer two playing areas for our youngest guests as well as a large garden with playground for romping about and having fun. On request we also provide cot beds, children’s chairs and nappy bins free of charge. Please note that we do not offer discounts for children.

In our garden you will find a playground with a slide, a swing, a trampoline, a small pool for kids (Ø 5.5m), a table tennis table, a climbing wall and a garden house for the young guests (reading corner). These facilities are exclusively for use  by our guests. We want to make sure that you feel at home and can recharge whilst you are with us.

In the summer we offer our guests a BBQ station (Weber grill) with seating. We charge a fee of €8.00 for using the BBQ. The facilities may only be used by our guests.

Please note that our spa oasis is a relaxation area for adults. The sauna, the steam bath and the infrared cabin can be used free of charge from 5:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. in the winter (Sunday – Thursday). In the summer our guests can use the infrared cabin free of charge on request. For use of the sauna and steam bath we charge a fee in the summer time.

Alcohol is not accepted in this area!

We also offer one free parking spots per apartment.
In the apartment with 3 bedrooms you have tow parking-places.

We don´t accept big cars like transporter or caravans.

For each further parking spot we charge a one-off fee per stay (10,-/day).

Pets are only allowed by prior request. We charge € 20,- per pet and day (without food).

It is not allowed to leave pets allone in the apartments.
Neither we don´t want them to stay in the beds!

You will receive an access code for our free WiFi on arrival.

You can either pay in cash, with your cash card or in advance by bank transfer.

With travel insurance by the Europäische Reiseversicherung you are optimally protected if the worst comes to the worst.  Because something can happen anytime and anywhere. We advise you to take out travel insurance. More information can be found at www.europaeische.at.

• If you cancel your stay less than three months before arrival, we charge a processing fee of €70. This fee will be credited in case of a new booking.
• 3 months to 1 months before arrival: 40% of the total amount
• 1 month before arrival: 70% of the total amount
• 1 week before arrival: 100% of the total amount.

The charge can only be retained, if we can rent the apartment to someone else for the same conditions!

The deposit will be creditet to you or sent back (you decide!)
